Members are people within your organization who have access to the Humanos dashboard. This page lets you manage who has access and under which permissions or restrictions, keeping your workspace secure and auditable.

Glossary

Role
  • Technical: manage technical integrations by creating and rotating API keys, configuring webhooks, and updating postMessage settings. Does not grant access to members, organization settings, billing, or business workflows.
  • Manager: build and run your workflow. Create resources such as documents, forms, consent, and policies, as well as groups, actions, and credential requests, plus view billing. Cannot invite members, change roles, modify organization settings, update billing, configure branding, or manage technical integrations.
  • Owner: full administrative control. Invite and manage members and their roles, update organization settings, billing such as payment method and auto-recharge, branding, domain verification, and create child organizations. Required to grant the OWNER role to others and to switch into child organization contexts from a parent organization.
Status
  • Active: can log in
  • Invited: invitation sent, awaiting acceptance
  • Expired: invitation link expired before it was used; re-send to issue a new one
  • Inactive: manually deactivated, cannot log in
